Chiosco CRODINO

South Beach Festival 2026

the challenge

As Crodino expanded its presence in the U.S., the brand looked to introduce Americans to a product rooted in Italian aperitivo culture without relying on traditional product sampling alone. The challenge was to make an unfamiliar non-alcoholic spritz feel culturally relevant, aspirational, and naturally integrated into consumers' everyday social lives. The experience needed to celebrate Crodino's Italian heritage while creating a local moment that felt authentic to Miami's creative and music communities.

the SOLUTION

SoHo transformed Dante's HiFi+ during the South Beach Wine & Food Festival into Chiosco Crodino, an immersive Italian-inspired social destination designed to introduce guests to the aperitivo ritual through experience rather than explanation.

Beginning with a custom sampling kiosk, guests moved through a carefully curated journey featuring vinyl DJs, Joe's Pizza pairings, branded décor, custom merchandise, and thoughtfully integrated environmental design. Rather than overt branding, every touchpoint, from custom vinyl records and DJ slip mats to illuminated entryways, tropical courtyard styling, branded pizza boxes, and giveaways, was intentionally woven into the venue, allowing Crodino to feel like a natural part of the neighborhood.

The activation positioned Crodino as a tastemaker of daytime social culture, encouraging guests to embrace aperitivo as an everyday ritual and leave feeling as though they had discovered one of Miami's coolest local experiences.
